Development Engineer (m/f/d)

Machining of various materials such as stainless steel, glass ceramics, brass, aluminium, VA, CuZn, Hostaform and hard fabric by means of the above-mentioned machines, grinding jigs, machining and measuring tools
- Manufacture of components of various diameters and sizes in the range 3 mm to 60 mm
- Production of difficult milling work and complicated individual parts with very high demands on surface quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Vocational training as a cutting machine operator, industrial mechanic, precision mechanic (m/f) or similar vocational training
- Experience in turning and milling as well as in handling and programming CNC machines
- Knowledge of controls such as MAZAK Matrix and/or MAZAK Fusion 640 or DIN/ISO controls as well as a CAM system
- Willingness to work in a 2 - 3 shift system.

- Working with optical and mechanical individual parts as well as assemblies according to drawings and APSK using mechanic's tools and measuring equipment
